The 2024 WITHUB events

In 2024, an election year for the renewal of the EU Parliament, the conferences organised by Withub will be even more central in order to understand, together with key players from the institutions and the world of production, the direction to be taken by the European Union in the next legislature. The topics for discussion will include: agri-food policies; health and welfare policies; the development of the space economy; sustainable finance; energy; industrial policies and transport.
As is tradition, we will bring European, national and local policy makers around the table for a discussion with experts, practitioners and stakeholders, to stimulate timely analyses and incisive proposals on the main issues on the European and national agenda.

5 March - New coordinates for the sustainability of EU agriculture

The new Common Agricultural Policy and the investment of the next MFF in agriculture and its sustainability; the prospect of Ukraine’s entry into the EU; the role of the agri-food industry in protecting health and promoting healthy lifestyles.

The conference will be an opportunity for reflection and debate that builds on the themes of the Strategic Dialogue on Agriculture launched by EU Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen.

April - Public health: the differentiated autonomy of the Regions in the Health Union

The conference will focus on the impact that differentiated regional autonomy will have on healthcare management. The aim is to understand how the role of the regions will evolve in the implementation of this greater autonomy, and how the assumption of greater responsibilities at territorial level fits in with the path of European integration, which aims to achieve the Health Union.
