Challenge

Implement a Blended Learning programme for employees to become familiar and fluent in communicating in English; in order to be able to handle project management activities with foreign clients and colleagues.

Solution

The training programme developed by WITHUB for SI2001, an IT company with offices in Italy and abroad, is structured in a mixed way. It combines classroom lessons for small groups, homogeneous by level and work team, and individual teaching through digital content and telephone conversation sessions.
